Greenlight Safety Scheme

As long standing members of the Greenlight Safety Assessment Scheme we have benefited by strengthening our working relationship with the Southern Cooperative. Bringing ourselves in line with this safety accreditation in 2017 meant that we could continue to be an approved contractor serving the Southern Cooperative. Although a lengthy process for the first time it identified our need to measure and account for many things that were being done within the business - but were not rigorously documented.

Gaining Greenlight certification was a gateway for us as a business, seeking to refine and improve our operations. We then chose to seek further health and safety guidance by instructing a consultant on retainer - Carrie Bye.

Our investment in continuing to prove is evident by our gaining CHAS certification.

We prioritise health and safety training from induction onwards. With all new starters beginning their journey with us with bespoke inhouse health and safety training as well as best practice in cleaning training - this sets them up for a career with us.
