Following a flood to the basement of this stunning property, our team were called in to restore the marble floor tiles
Working in partnership with our long standing client Safeguard Hampshire our team were called in to restore this marble floor following a flood.
The water had flooded the basement of the property and the floor finish was damaged. Our specialist team carefully cleaned the tiles and grout lines, first removing any loose soil. A scrubbing machine was used to ensure the best result.
A specific tile and grout cleaner was applied which gently but effectively cleans and whitens the grout without the need for harsh chemicals. All products used throughout the cleaning process are chemical free and pool-safe to enable works to be carried out safely without emptying the pool.
The marble floor was intensively scrubbed using Diamond polishing pads, the team worked through the grades finishing with an ultra fine pad which achieves the high shine shown in the pictures.
An excellent result from our team in completely restoring this water-damaged marble floor. This basement pool, entrance hall and gym area is now restored to it stunning high shine finish and is ready to be back in use by the homeowner.
