A mixed use unit gets the T&H makeover!

Our team were called in to carry out a builders clean to this mixed use commercial unit in Alton

With a large warehouse, high level cleaning works and an office area to clean through our multidisciplinary team really worked their magic!

A mixed use unit with a warehouse area and offices can present a challenge to many cleaning companies as they will often specialise in cleaning one or the other, either just offices or just commercial spaces.  Thankfully our team of 5 cleaners assigned to this task have the skills on hand to carry out our full builders clean specification to the highest standard.

Our experienced team were able to safely use access equipment to carry out high level cleaning to the internal partitions and glazing.  Our team carefully swept and vacuumed away accumulated dust and debris from the large warehouse area.

Behind the scenes the team also carefully cleaned throughout the staff kitchen, break out room and toilets making sure these areas are hygienically clean.

On this site our team were working on behalf of Spectrum Workplace LLP who have been carrying out the building and fit out works to get this unit ready to reopen as a new headquarters for sustainable glove brand Traffi Glove.
