Working alongside a long-standing client our team had been asked to carry out the final clearance and cleaning for a program of logistical works
Our team cleared this city centre retail unit which had been used a storage unit for a number of years. The site contained a number of disused shop counters and fittings. The client had decided that the contents were no longer required and entrusted T&H Contract Services to dispose of them.
As a registered waste carrier we worked hard to recycle as much material as possible through our waste disposal partners, L&S Waste Management. Any non-recyclable waste was then disposed of with care.
A number of the counters were carefully cleaned and wrapped ready to be re-distributed to other stores throughout the customers network of premises across the South. Our team will work alongside the customer in the coming months to re-issue the reserved equipment according to their program of works
Once the site was cleared our team swept through, leaving the site ready for our client to hand the keys back to the landlord, ready for new tenants.
