Our team were called to this pub in Swanage to carry out specialist fire damage cleaning.

Working on behalf of Hi-Tech Property Services our team were called to this residential flat in a pub to clean after significant fire damage had occurred. 

Our specialist deep clean team worked to remove all damaged materials, food and belongings before the task of deep cleaning commenced.  Wearing appropriate PPE throughout, the team applied a specialist heavy duty restoration cleaner. Although solvent free this specialist professional product enabled the team to remove all the residue and soot left by the fire. 

With careful and repeated application of the product and plenty of hard work the team were able to achieve great results. 

Removing smoke damage deposits from the hard surfaces, cleaning the carpets and windows and glazing throughout ready for the next stage of restoration works to take place.

Before cleaning…..

Everything is covered in a  thick layer of soot across all surfaces.  Where possible any loose deposits were removed with a vacuum cleaner before the product was applied.

After cleaning…..

The specialist product used had carefully loosened the soot deposits the team were then able to wipe away the layers of smoke damage.  Multiple applications were required to achieve these great results, repeating the application ensured that even the most stubborn of smoke damage was able to be removed.   The white bathroom suite is now revealed and the bathroom can now be used.
